Heroic Reminder

I love this....not my design, but I still love to show it off
Now..why Spiderman? I grew up with him....sorta. lol
In a family where because of work, the Father is rarely there, I looked to other influences and role models.
Spidey quickly became MY model for how to live life.
With a willingness to sacrifice all you have to save those you love. Yet, no matter how life beats you, you just keep swinging, and maintain that witty attitude. Keep throwing out that sarcasm and wit to those who threaten you, and always remember that you are there to stand as a becon and a Hero to others.

One of my all time fave quotes comes from....as cheezy as it may be...a Spiderman comic where he is quoted as saying:

"...the odds are always against us. That's just the way the universe works. I don't want guarentees, promises, assurances or false hopes. All I've ever asked is for one chance to try, to stand on my own feet and give it my best shot."

Spidey has always been a symbol to me....and has always been an example of who I need to remind myself to be.......thats why Spiderman.
